**What the role is**
- As a Senior Officer in ITE, your challenge is to formulate, review and implement policies and schemes in specific functional areas.

**What you will be working on**
- You will formulate and implement policies on assessments related to lifelong learning, at the workplace and also at ITE colleges. - You will work with internal and external stakeholders to plan and administer valid, reliable and fair assessments for various trade areas. - You will be involved in developing and deploying computerised systems to support robust assessments processes. - You will train, guide and audit stakeholders to ensure that assessment standards are upheld across different training schemes and areas. - Your operational duties include facilitating and supporting the conduct of assessments from the nomination of assessment personnel, scheduling of assessments, developing assessment instruments, processing and analysis of results.
