Together, we can build a safer, brighter future for all. What You Will Be Working On As a Senior Prison Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of corrections in Singapore. Your leadership will guide a team of officers supporting offenders on their journey towards reintegration. You will manage daily operations to maintain the safe and secure custody of offenders, ensuring protocols are followed with care and precision. Responsibilities also include enforcing regulations and maintaining order within the facility. You will have opportunities to explore broader departmental functions, contribute to policy development, and collaborate with community partners to strengthen rehabilitation efforts. This role offers a dynamic mix of leadership, operational management, and rehabilitation work.
