Overview The Executive (Recruitment) is responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies and publicity initiatives to attract suitable candidates for the Singapore Prison Service (SPS). Responsibilities Plan and execute recruitment outreach programmes, career fairs, and recruitment activities in school campuses. This includes developing compelling marketing materials, coordinating with educational institutions for recruitment talks, and building strategic partnerships for outreach initiatives. Analyse recruitment trends and metrics to optimise outreach efforts; develop targeted campaigns for different segments; work closely with the Communications Team to maintain consistent branding. End-to-end management of recruitment events and programmes, including budget management, logistics coordination, and stakeholder engagement. This encompasses maintaining relationships with internal divisions, working with external vendors, coordinating joint recruitment initiatives with other uniformed services, and engaging current officers. Track and report on outreach effectiveness, maintain a database of potential candidates, and handle administrative duties related to recruitment activities. Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or related field Good understanding of recruitment marketing and employer branding Strong project management capabilities Event management experience About MHA - Singapore Prison Service (SPS)The Singapore Prison Service protects society through the safe and secure custody of offenders.
