Our client is a Japanese Financial company. They are looking for Senior Officer/Senior Officer Lead (Merchant Relations). This individual will assist the team in planning to improve card acceptance, executing the activity including the negotiation with merchants including EC merchants, and acquiring business. He/She is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, and efficiency of the organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.
【What you will be doing】
- Maintain and improve the relationship with the current merchant and establish the relationship with the new merchant
- Contribute to the development and execution of plans to expand acceptance (e.g. new target, new areas, e-commerce, etc)
- Liaise with Merchants on tie-up promotions programs and privilege offers
- Card acceptance checking and negotiation with Merchants to accept
- Attend and service all merchant's queries (new / existing)
- Assist in planning to improve the company's acceptance such as making POS materials and incentivizing plans for merchant
- Any other Ad Hoc duties assigned
