**What you will be doing**
- Support the S&P brokers by doing Sale & Purchase (S&P) Operations work
- Structure and manage contracts for S&P desk
- Handle invoicing and commission agreements
- Liaise with buyers/sellers or brokers referencing post fixture documents
- Understand the S&P desk’s core client requirements’ and support the broking team when managing clients
- Manage market information from various sources and update the desk database
- Oversee/manage administration work for the S&P desk including coordination of desk operations
- Manage travel, hotel and flight arrangements for the S&P teamManage the diary and meetings for the Managing Director of the Singapore office and Managing Director of S&P

**What we are looking for**
- At least 10 years’ secretarial experience supporting senior management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong team player who can work collaboratively with the S&P brokers
- A flexible and positive attitude
- Able to deliver results and provide excellent service to our clients
- Able to build a strong working relationship with our Singapore and overseas colleagues
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Able to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Polite and friendly telephone manner
- Confident and able to work well under pressure
- Able to multi-task
- Able to produce accurate and high-quality work
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge or familiarity with Microsoft Power BI would be a plus
- Flexible about working hours
- Previous exposure to S&P and shipping operations would be an advantage
