**In this role you will**:
- Reporting to Managing Director.
- Prospect and establish new opportunities by managing sales pipeline and developing and delivering proposals to customers by illustrating DuoMed’s value proposition.
- Develop and design the solutions selling strategies for new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with all internal stakeholders to explore opportunities for sales of products from both current portfolio and sourcing model.
- Demonstrate use of advanced selling skills in the field, such as making good opening statements, connecting with the customer, collaborating with different business units within organization and creating the value proposition and closing.
- Maintain accurate and current records of proposals, opportunities, accounts, contacts, leads and actions for project pipelines.
- Confidence and tolerance to collaborate up, down, and sideways as needed.
- Build and sustain relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sell consultatively, detailing products, determine customer needs and requirements, and make recommendations to both prospects and customers of the various solutions DuoMed can offer their business.
- Monitor competitive activity and industry trends, fosters competitive solutions to meet sales goals.
- Timely submittal of forecasts, weekly reports, monthly highlights and other related reports of the market to Managing Director.
- Regular and proactive updating of management on any new developments in the marketplace for example: competitor behaviors, product issues, customer changes, wins or potential misses
- Maintain intensity, persistence and continually strive to increase market share.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum of 3 years in medical product management experience (Sales) and minimum of 1 years in sales team management.
- Strong understanding of the medical industry.
- Excellent communications and relationship development.
- Analytical and independent.
