- The IAM Production team is currently seeking an experienced professional to join as an IAM Program Specialist. In this role, you will contribute to IAM Program activities that require advanced functional and technical knowledge. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to define and deploy a standard approach for different Identity & Access Management (IAM) themes, overseeing the deployment of IAM solutions across entities in the region, conducting operational reviews, establishing governance for operational activities, and contributing to the global IAM framework.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with Central IT Risks, Cyber Security team, and COO in Regions to define and deploy a standard approach for various IAM themes.
- Define IAM solutions and oversee their deployment across entities in the region.
- Prepare and conduct operational reviews.
- Work with the IAM Program Director and Global PM to appoint local IAM coordinators and monitor their activities.
- Establish and lead governance to monitor operational activities in the region.
- Contribute to the global IAM framework, ensuring a unified team model across all locations.
- Participate in IAM-related projects for APAC CTO.
- Knowledge of IAM products, particularly SailPoint.
- Familiarity with IAM processes, including Provisioning, Reconciliation, and Recertification.
- Experience in Project Management.
- Experience working in a global team on an international scale, preferably with an onshore/offshore model.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate.
- Service-oriented mindset.
- Adaptability to dynamic and rapidly changing environments.
