- TTA is launching its Biofuel activities under ISCC certification and Renewable Energy Directive “RED”.**Job dimensions**
- International activity area in between Asia and Europe geographical zone, surrounded by a team of 12 trading products operators, within which the jobholder is the main contact between counterparts and the group for contracts execution,

**Activities**
- Adhere to HSE, Code of Conduct, Business Integrity and all other applicable company policies and procedures at all times
- Verify the coherence and the feasibility of Trading negotiations and formalize commercial contracts.
- Evaluate / estimate all the costs derived from a transaction and communicate all operational data having a financial impact on Trading results (prices, hedges, freight, currency ).
- Guarantee a satisfactory management of storage, blending and processing contracts (quantities/qualities/financial exposure/ customs etc.. ) in line with the ISCC mass balance requirements.
- Collect the Proof of Sustainability ( POS) from suppliers, check the RED conformity, issue POS to our buyers.
- Liaise with the TS Sustainability coordinator in Geneva to make sure that all the required official declarations per country and records of double counting of the in/out storage movements are efficiently done.
- Coordinate logistics of all loadings/unloadings by sea and avoid/minimize the various hazards/mishaps.
- Follow up the vessels chartered by the Group (spot, COA or T/C) and optimize, in connection with Trading / Shipping, the rotations and loading plans.
- Make sure that the vetting procedures for seagoing vessels are respected (Company rule CR-GR-HSE-416)
- Nominate the service providers essential to the realization of the contracts (independent inspectors/agents ) and control the accuracy and consistency of the obtained results.
- Obtain financial guarantees from counterparts, control and/or amend them before cargo loading/unloading, in connection with the Credit department.
- Identify the cause for the encountered operational problems and activate the procedures necessary to their solution in coordination with all involved participants (immediate superior/Trading/legal/insurers/etc ), at mínimal costs and consequences to the Group.
- Liaise with Loss Control to handle Quantitative and qualitative issues.
- Invoice customers and pay our suppliers/service providers invoices.
- Secure, in coordination with Financial Department (Treasury, Credit, Financial Control, Accounting), the recovery of funds due (invoicing late payment interests ).

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the biofuels field.
- Rigourous, analytical and synthesis skills, reactive, team spirit, showing initiative, commercially minded, receptive, curious.
- Knowledge of RED and ISCC Regulations and Requirements.
- A digital mindset and ability to acquire new digital skills is mandatory.
