JOB RESPONSILIBITY:

- Responsible for purchase function.
- Check purchasing document to ensure correctness and adequacy.
- Prepare, issuance and monitoring requisitions & purchase order, ensure that purchase order balance are accurate and parts were provided on time.
- Follow up purchase to ensure timely delivery, collect and check delivery performance of automotive vendors.
- Maintain and update approved vendor list
- Recommend quality improvement measures to immediate superior.
- Prepare material plan.
- Worl closely with other departments to ensure quality parts were delivered and continuous flow of material as per production requirement.
- Visit supplier as needed to verify and check any problem/issues encountered related to delivery.
- Coordinate and act as mediator between supplier and planner concerning Forecast and Delivery plan as per Customer required quality and schedule.
- Monitor material inventory and ensure safe stock of materials as per provided customer forecast and production schedule.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 1 to 4 years of relevant experience preferably in relevant industry, ie Plastic moulding.
- Without sufficient relevant experience can be considered as Purchasing Assistant.
- Diploma / ITC level
- Preferably possess Class 3 Driving License
- Reporting to the Operation Manager.
- Working hour : 8 to 5.45pm Mon to Fri
