**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle leasing inquiries, prospecting, negotiations, and closures.
- Collaborate with Property Management for smooth handovers.
- Prepare proposal decks, conduct tenant due diligence, and assist in contract generation.
- Manage lease agreement discussions, stamping, payment collection, and database updates.
- Update available space listings on various channels.
- Prepare marketing collaterals for upcoming vacancies.
- Assist in tenant curation and evaluate prospective tenants for optimal mix.
- Conduct market research on leasing rates and trends.
- Grow business contacts through networking with brokers, tenants, and operators.
- Establish rapport to enhance leasing opportunities.
- Monitor tenant performance, collaborate on leasing strategies, and address non-performing leases.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly progress reports on leasing performance.
- Assist in budgeting and provide recommendations during annual exercises.
- Collaborate with different departments for a unique brand positioning.
- Build tenant relationships through regular catch-ups, understand business needs, and manage tenant perks programs.

**Key Requirements**:

- Hold a recognized degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, Building Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and retail leasing.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the tenancy agreement process and market dynamics.
- Exhibit the ability to network effectively and build strong relationships with tenants, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
- Display excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Showcase proficiency in presentation and negotiation skills.
- Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness, hands-on approach, and a high level of initiative.
- Contribute as a good team player.
