**Job Responsibilities and duties**
- Prospect for new tenants and work with appointed agents to source for suitable tenants.
- Conduct site viewings with the prospect and dealing with any follow-ups with them.
- Responsible for negotiating lease renewals.
- Conclude on lease agreements and other leasing-related documentations.
- Conduct due diligence on new and existing tenants prior to the issuance of letter of offer, but not limited to compliance matters.
- Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders (i.e. Lawyer, property management etc) on lease documentation, renovation and reinstatement matters.
- Conduct competitive market research, monitor the benchmarks of rentals.
- Handle complaints/feedbacks on tenancy-related matters from both existing and prospective tenants/agents.
- Ensure lease documents (letter of offers, Novation of lease, pre-termination etc) are completed in a timely manner.
- Tenants' Management including assisting Finance team with arrears management to reduce company risk exposure.
- Establish and maintain good landlord and tenant relationships.
- Compile occupancy, rental reports and other ad hoc reports.
- Any other task as assigned by management.

**Skills and Qualification**:

- Diploma/Degree in Real Estate/ Building Management/ Business Administrative or its equivalent.
- Minimum 3-4 years' relevant experience in marketing and commercial leasing.
- Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.
- Possess strong negotiation, interpersonal and writing skills.
- Resourceful and able to work independently.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
