**What Will You Do**
- To provide regional legal support to internal stakeholders
- Review & draft and negotiate transactiondocumentation relating to the corporate issues
- To provide legal advice, research, and analysis on compliance risks across the group
- Manage external counsels and corporate secretarial support and control legal costs
- Assist with Compliance on regulatory matters such as compliance with existing licencing
- Any other legal related duties and support affiliated companies
- Other ad-hoc assigned by supervisor

**What Do We Want**
- Min Law Degree from recognized university
- At least 2 years as a lawyer in private practice law firms, corporate secretarialcompanies, or in-house legal counsel.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to accurately interpret complex documents and policies
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Fast learner, organized, meticulous, andhighly detail-oriented
