Our client, a Top Leading Financial Services firm is seeking to recruit a Corporate Counsel for their organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing and draft financing & security documentation and instructing external counsel acting as Lenders counsel on financing matters
- Review, advise, structure and recommend legal solutions to new products, services and solutions
- Advising on wealth management product documentation
- Review external counterparty agreements
- Advising on resolution of client complaints and reviewing or drafting of client letters
- Identify any legal or regulatory issues concerning the business units and/or arising from the business activities
- Liaise and coordinate with company secretary, external solicitors and other third-party advisors on various legal, corporate and/or litigation matters
- Actively contribute to Regional projects, initiatives and other cross-regional team assignments

**Requirements**:

- Admitted to Singapore Bar with 9 to 15 years of PQE
- Good knowledge of both legal and regulatory risk associated with the banking & finance field
- High degree of independence, initiative, and decisiveness
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to demonstrate sound legal judgment
- Articulate with good drafting skills and highly effective in English
