We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong focus on Talent Management and Employer Branding to join our dynamic team. As an HR Business Partner you will be working with the HR Director and play a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, while enhancing our employer brand to position us as an employer of choice.

**Responsibilities**:

- Talent Development and Performance Management:

- Design and implement talent development programs to nurture and enhance employee skills.
- Collaborate with managers to create individual development plans and career paths.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans for key positions.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on effective performance management techniques.
- Employer Branding and Employee Engagement:

- Develop and execute strategies to enhance our employer brand and improve employee engagement.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Create and maintain a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that aligns with our company culture and values.
- Manage internal and external communication channels to promote our employer brand.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (4 to 6 years) as an HR Business Partner or similar role with a focus on talent management and employer branding.
- Strong understanding of performance management, talent development, and succession planning processes.
- Familiarity with employer branding concepts, strategies, and communication channels.
- Experience in creating content
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to provide guidance to managers and employees.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
