What will you do?
L'Oréal Traineeships (5 January 2026 - 11 January 2027) are designed for ambitious, compassionate, resilient and agile in learning fresh graduates who are eager to gain real life working experience through solving purposeful challenges in creative ways

You will be given responsibilities, goals to work on supporting business operations and delivering the real impact to brands, people, consumers, customers, suppliers, and other partners.
Key Tasks
- Analyze commercial data and derive consumer marketing insights
- Collaborate with merchandising team to bring consumer insights and ideas to life
- Curate and release retail and merchandising guides, assets and strategies for multi brands, categories and emerging markets, aligned with internal guidelines.
- Manage merchandising activities regionally across different countries and brands, based on internal guidelines.
- Project management and coordination with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., design agencies) based locally and globally, within aligned timelines

Who are we looking for?
- Have experience with data analysis on large and diverse datasets
- Be a strong multi-tasker with good time management
- Take initiative and able to work independently but know when to ask for guidance
- Have resilience working under pressure and tight timelines
- Be a great communicator with strong interpersonal skill with strong follow-up skills
- Have the flexibility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and evolving working environment
