The Graduate Trainee Program is an intensive 18-month rotational program specially designed for undergraduates and graduates with strong interest in developing a career in the BioPharma and Lifesciences industries. This program integrates professional rotations with continuous coaching, mentoring, hands-on practical experience, and networking opportunities to optimize talent and build business acumen and technical capability.

**Main Responsibilities & Tasks**:
BPS SEA track:

- Sales
- Sales Support
- Integrated Solutions
- Quality Training
- Project Management / Business Process Improvement
- Application Services

The Graduate Trainee will:

- Be rotated across BPS functions, with a duration of 1-6 months for each rotational assignment
- Own and deliver dedicated projects in a structured and goal-oriented way, ensuring timely delivery
- Perform all given tasks in each role during the job rotation effectively and efficiently
- Be motivated to learn as much as possible - participate in all required trainings and evaluations as necessary
- Build strong networks within the company to gain thorough understanding of business and culture
- Integrate into different departments and teams as fast as possible

**Qualifications & Skills**:
This position holder is a team member and individual contributor. General team working skill in cross-functional team is essential. Attributes include:
