**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for the technical management of the recommendation algorithm and search algorithm teams of multiple core businesses, and cooperate deeply with products and operations to jointly develop long-term business goals and technical plans;
2. Excel at consolidating practical business problems to conduct good technical exploration and research, build a leading recommendation system in the industry, and continuously improve the user experience and social value of the platform;
3. Organize and promote the team and XFN cooperation projects to help the team progress and the growth of new joiners.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
1. Background in recommendation/search/advertising/Machine Learning, with proven years of work experience
2. Have experience in large-scale recommendation algorithms and system development, passionate about recommendation algorithms, willing to learn, think and innovate;
3. Pay attention to the cutting-edge progress of technology, be passionate about solving challenging problems, and be able to make reasonable priority judgments;
4. Have experience in managing team and XFN cooperation projects, good business judgment and communication skills, good at communication and conflict resolution.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Past experience in leading teams or tech leads.
