You are looking for a Sales professional to join Algonomy as a Sr Manager, Associate Director, Director, Sales in Bangalore. Our goal is to serve as the algorithmic bridge between consumers and brands, guiding our clients through the Algorithmic transformation era.As a Sales leader, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue and growth for Algonomy's Marketing solutions, including Active Content and Ensemble AI. You will be expected to qualify prospects, close sales cycles within 3 months, lead client demos, presentations, and ROI discussions. Generating leads in target accounts through personalized outreach, implementing sales processes, and adhering to best practices will be critical for success in this role.Key metrics for this position include achieving order bookings of USD 1-2 million, a conversion rate of 20-30%, and generating a pipeline worth USD 1 million. Essential qualifications for this role include experience in selling SaaS marketing solutions, ability to perform product presentations and demos, willingness to work in US and Europe time zones, proficiency in virtual sales setups, a proactive mindset, openness to travel, excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and experience in working with diverse teams.Algonomy, previously known as Manthan-RichRelevance, is a global leader in algorithmic customer engagement, empowering retailers and brands with digital-first strategies.
