Unlock a dynamic career opportunity in our Photolithography team as a Director of Process Innovation.

The role involves contributing to the development of an automatic defect analysis tool aimed at intercepting macro- and mesoscopic features that could lead to patterning defects. This project will enable you to work on real-time analysis of leveling data, image processing, and recipe optimization.

As part of this project, you will have the chance to develop and optimize classification algorithms. Under the supervision of the AG300 LITHO inspection project leader, you are expected to bring original contributions to the task, demonstrating your ability to cooperate with different fab functions and work autonomously.

Project Overview
  • Develop an automatic defect analysis tool for photolithography process inspection.
  • Contribute to the start-up of the tool, focusing on real-time analysis of leveling data and image processing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Physics, Chemistry, Material Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
  • Programming skills, including experience with data processing and algorithm development.
  • Basic knowledge of statistical data processing and machine learning concepts.
