Job Description

The role of Assistant Director, Impact, Technology Development is a key position within the institution. It requires an experienced professional to establish and lead a dedicated Conflict of Interest Unit within the Technology Development & Commercialisation (TD&C) team.

This opportunity calls for an individual to shape institutional policy and practice while supporting healthcare professionals in their research, innovation, and industry partnerships.

The Assistant Director will be responsible for establishing comprehensive frameworks and processes to identify, assess, and manage conflict of interest matters across the institution.

This includes providing expert guidance to leadership and staff on disclosures, regulations, and policies, while ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.

A key aspect of the role involves building strong relationships with clinicians, researchers, and industry partners to promote awareness and understanding of conflict-of-interest matters, while facilitating compliant research and innovation activities.
