Job Title: Innovation Director

We are seeking an experienced Innovation Director to conceptualize, develop, and scale new recipes for kitchen production.

  • Develop innovative product solutions that meet customer needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and alliances.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct sensory evaluation and approval of new products/recipes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Manage the development and implementation of new product initiatives, including market research, trend analysis, and competitor analysis.
  3. Develop and maintain databases to track product performance, customer feedback, and sales data.
  4. Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  5. Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to optimize product development and manufacturing processes.
  6. Facilitate handover of new products from R&D kitchen to Production.
  7. Assist in planning and executing product launches, including marketing campaigns, promotions, and event planning.
