In this role as Global Innovation Business Partner, you will do business case assessments on projects, work with key internal and external stakeholders to scope and align on initiatives, and execute on key projects end-to-end. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to the Head of Innovation and work closely with the leadership team, respective project leads and innovation champions company-wide to drive both a culture of innovation as well as positive tangible outcomes of innovation.
- Work closely with the Head of Innovation to drive a culture of innovation, and to build innovation-related competencies, in Prudential globally
- Roll out flagship programmes and key projects that bring out the innovation superheroes in all Prudential staff
- Design solutions and manage proof-of-concept Innovation projects end to end, and work with key stakeholders such as business owners, the data analytics team, end users etc to deliver positive business outcomes
- Engage with divisions for the purpose of embedding innovation-friendly processes, and introducing new ways of working
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to remove obstacles to innovation
- Engage with external partners to discover opportunities and showcase Prudential as a leader in the innovation space
- Supervise the work of more junior team members as required

Who we are looking for:
Competencies & Personal Traits
- A resourceful self-starter with proven business agility
- Ability to work with ambiguity and in a fast-paced environment
- Either very process-driven or very strong in lateral thinking/ a strong T-shaped person
- Strong proven ability to drive change, and to inspire and influence stakeholders
- Proven competencies in Design Thinking and Business Model Innovation

Working Experience
- Significant exposure to a start-up environment, have executed large-scale green field assignments and/ or have end-to-end hands-on experience from ideation to launch
- Track record working with tech-based solutions

Professional Qualifications
- Project Management certification, MBA or any other evidence of continuous learning a plus
