- Position Title**:Call Centre Support**:

- Working Location: Ubi
- Working Hours: 4 days a week (12 hours day/ night shift)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,400
- Duration: 1-year contract (Renewable)

**Key Responsibilities**
- To call inbound customers and provide information pertaining to the required tasks allocated.
- Manage & resolve customers’ feedback.
- Prepare and analyse reports and relay important information to stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner
- Able to multi-task on tasks given by your Supervisor/Manager
- Able to liaise fluently with English and Malay-speaking customers.
- Adhoc duties as required

- Relevant experience in Call Centre.
