Education : Diploma in Management Information Systems, Business, Data Management, Operations Research, or related field.

**Job Description
The Junior Operations Analyst will provide support to the APJC Sales Operations Analysts, handling administrative and analytical functions. Including the following but not limited to;
- Ensure timely submission of POS, Backlog and Inventory submissions from distributors into E2Open
- Review and Identify discrepancies in distributor reports and work with IDPAM and cross functional teams for resolution.
- Handle data reconciliation between OBI, SFDC, etc systems
- Support shipment escalations requests with Supply Chain
- Identify deficiencies and areas for improvement and redesign

**Operations Analyst Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, business, data management, operations research, or related field
- 2 to 6 years’ experience in an operations analyst role, or in a related position
- Understanding of Quote to Cash and POS is preferred.
- Able to analyze complex data sets using a variety of software and tools
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
- Able to analyze data and statistics and translate results into better solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Pays strict attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills for interaction with all levels of management
