**Responsibility**
- 1、Collaborate with management to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the organisations business objectives.
- 2、Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- 3、Address complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent solutions.
- 4、Develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in a competitive healthcare labor market.
- 5、Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to assess employee performance and development needs.
- 6、Support managers in providing coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
- 7、Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- 8、Handling staff compensation & benefits. Administration of payroll and tax related matters.

**Requirements:**
- 2、Records of past talent introduction and talent management execution plans.
- 3、Able to understand and manage the cultural diversity of employees and stakeholders.
- 4、Good communication skills, interpersonal relationships, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle sensitive situations.
- 5、Strong consulting, guidance, and communication skills.
- 6、Data driven, meticulous, strong sense of responsibility.
- 7、High degree of independence and teamwork spirit.
- 8、Effective communication skills in both Chinese and English (written and oral).

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
