We’re looking for a **Customer Success Officer **to join our vibrant team and be the go-to person for our pet-loving customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Booking Coordination**:Assist pet owners in scheduling appointments for services like grooming, vet care, and pet sitting.
- **Issue Resolution**:Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolutions.
- **Client Engagement**:Build relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their experience with Pawkit.
- **Process Improvement**:Provide feedback to improve our processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Administrative Support**:Maintain records, update booking schedules, and coordinate with the operations team.
