Duties & Responsibilities
- Take client calls and provide accurate answers to their queries and concerns about company’s products or services
- Call clients to inform them about the company’s new products, services and policies
- Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company website or using the products or services
- Review client’s accounts, providing updates and information about logging in, password issues, subscription, billing and other account items
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied clients, offering patient assistance and support
- Help out with office related matters

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Great active listening skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
- Patient and empathetic attitude
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environment
- Computer literacy skills
- In-depth knowledge of company’s products and services
- Expertise in customer service/ handling of clients
- Ability to speak multiple languages will have an added advantage
