**Job Description & Requirements**
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain rapport and relationship with hotel concierge, front desk and hotel staff
- Maintain Tour Desk in terms of set up, list of brochures and maps
- Assist hotel guests to plan for their vacation itinerary and recommend suitable tours
- Assist hotel guests on booking airport transportation, cruises or restaurant within our pool of contracted companies
- Create bookings using PWA POS or Point of Sales system in order for own stock tickets to be issued promptly
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly bookings summary and collection report
- Submit all collection to Finance with copies of receipts and other required documents
- Check on summary of booking in Booking platform and create invoices on the spot for tickets only and the day after service provided for tour bookings
- To give guests Courtesy or service call 3 hours after flight lands and coordinate with driver during their roster duty in the office
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service or administrative experience preferred.
**Skills**:
- Strong communication skills & Public Relations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Meticulous and Detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Time management skills
- Knowledge of Singapore attractions & travel industry basics is a plus.
Pay: $1,700.00 - $3,000.00 per month
