**Job Overview**
The incumbent generally services which includes worldwide hotel reservations, car rentals, rail arrangements and air flights reservations involve with full fledge and low-cost carriers from point-to-point sector, multi-destinations sectors or even round-the-world fares.
**Responsibilities**
1. Grow Client Relationships
- Generate statistics of reservation rate and average spending on client accounts to support growth
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis on client accounts
- Assist with the collation of information to facilitate new product and service offerings based on clients’ preferences
- Build and maintain good working rapport with customers and suppliers operational teams
2. Manage Service Standards
- Understand travel needs of clients and operate within the Corporate Policy of Traveler's Company
- Complete accurate record of bookings and offer best alternatives available in terms of fare shopping and pricing/routings.
- Issuance of travel related documents
- Maintain client data in client relationship management system
- Resolve client issues within service level standards
3. Service Client Accounts
- Provide customers with flawless service, unique and exclusive experience
- Perform personalized post-sales client support and service according to clients’ needs
- Provide prompt responses to queries on client accounts
- Resolve client conflicts and escalate to higher level when needed
**Requirements**:
- Min. Diploma in Tourism/ Travel/ Leisure studies or equivalent
- Min. 2 years relevant experience and familiar with appropriate travel reservation, ticketing and hotel systems
- Experienced working towards achieving sales targets and team goals
- Proven ability to build and maintain a loyal customer base
- Good knowledge of various travel products and well-versed in airfare calculation and able to offer competitive travel fare options
- Proficient in MS office tools and Amadeus
- Able to work professionally independently in providing business travel services
- Adopt patient and service-oriented attitude, and able to work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills and an excellent team player
- Possess fluent spoken English and good written communication skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to $3,800.00 per month
