**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Lead, coordinate & execute projects. Ensure projects are complete and deliver on scope, on schedule on cost & on quality.
- In charge, coordinate & executing projects till successful handover to the customer by monitoring & control project cost & budget, document & drawings, delivery schedule, production planning, material requisition, etc.
- Coordinate with the internal design team & external customers on project document & drawings submission, amendments, re-submission & approval.
- Update & backup project documents & drawings, reports & procedures like as SOP, Work Instruction (WI), Continuous Improvement (CI), Lesson Learned, etc.
- Participate in project progress meetings and update project completion status weekly, submit weekly reports to internal management & customers when needed.
- Work closely with the internal team (production, logistics, QC, service & testing, etc.) on project delivery on site, FAT & SAT, and site service work.
- Coordinate with specialists and customers to support technical matters of product manufacturing in the factory, and systems testing on site.
- Attend site meetings, site surveys, and switch room measurements, etc. site activities with the service & testing team when needed.
- Liaise with customers on factory visits & FAT, on-site SAT, and power turn-on.
- Work together with specialists & team members to provide solutions to customer feedback & comment, and variation orders due to project scope change.
- Participate in product demonstrations, testing and commissioning when need.
- Support team members & work with each other to enhance teamwork spirit.
- Ensure all safety measures and proper housekeeping rules are implemented.
- Adhere to plant safety, food safety, and sanitation standards and follow all governance guidelines.
- Frequent travel to Malaysia will be required for this position
- Any other duties when assigned by management.

**EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS**

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or related industrial engineering field.

**EXPERIENCE & SKILL FACTORS**
- 3-12 years of project management experience in industrial engineering, especially in electrical engineering.
- 5 years of data center project management experience will consider as senior PE.
- Prefer to have hands-on experience in electrical SWBD and control system assembly & installation.
- Familiar with local codes, regulations & procedures, and LEAN management.
- Capacity to manage high-stress situations and provide cost-efficient solutions.
- Ability to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously.
- Leadership, ownership, team player, self-motivated & conflict resolution skills.
- Attention to detail and eager to learn new technology.
- Well-written and verbal communication skills.
- Big-picture thinking and vision.
- IT skills (MS Office). Known & used AutoCAD.
