**Responsibilities**:

- Perform franchise support activities, eg. franchise presentations and other customer servicing related activities.
- Manage business relationships with various business associates and partners.
- Assist in develop and executing business development plans to achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Initiate and negotiate standard franchise contracts.
- Prepare tender submissions and negotiate non-standard contracts.
- Support senior management in the negotiation of potential business and franchise partnerships to achieve corporate objectives.
- Maintain good knowledge of the company's products and services to provide customers with effective and practical business solutions.
- Other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of working experience in related field. F&B experience will be strongly considered.
- Possess strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Good organisational skills, personal time management and keen attention to details.
- Strong oral and written interpersonal and communication skills.
- To be able to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and vendors.
- 5 days' work a week.
