**Job description**
- Job Responsibilities: _
- Ensure shipments are performed and input accurately & timely as per agreed SOP & KPI to meet cut-off deadline.
- Resolve and rectify any failure in system process and operational issues, if not escalation to superior.
- Pro-active cooperation with customer service and ensure service qualify to client.
- To establish & maintain guidelines and best practices to mitigate shipment compliance risk.
- To conduct periodical SOP review with the objective to increase operational efficiency by system automation or simplification of processes, hence eliminating potential risk areas and failure to happen.
- Aligned & support Corporate’s direction and policies and inclined to BPO’s approach for standardization of Process and increase Productivity and KPI met.
- Cross Business Unit training and deployment is needed when necessary.
- Preferable with valid IMDG certification (knowledge in handling DG)
- Preferable with knowledge handling odd size project shipment (Police escort).
- Positive & strong mind to embrace system processes.
- Attentive, proactive & meticulous person.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
- Job Requirements: _
- Diploma in Logistic Management / Supply Chain / Business Management with experience in a freight forwarding industry.
- Good knowledge for Sea Export business especially on documentation and customs clearance.
- Possess high initiative with good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Positive attitude with strong mindset to embrace system processes and must be a good team player in a fast paced environment.
- High attention to detail who is meticulous, attentive and proactive.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $1.00 per hour
