**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
- Working closely with cofounders to implement growth strategies.
- Develop a go-to-market strategy based on research of the market and competitive landscape analysis.
- Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
- Identify new business opportunities and partners.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuit of a MBA, master or bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship or related field.
- 2 - 5 years' relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
- Experience in sales, marketing or related field preferred.
- Good leadership and passionate for challenges.
- Strong interpersonal, intercultural and relationship skills.
