**Job Description Summary**: GE Healthcare’s AKA (APAC) Imaging Marketing team is seeking an intern based in Singapore. Reporting to the AKA Marketing Director, you will support a team of regional and local marketing and product management teams in to drive growth efforts for the business in AKA.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Work within existing team of AKA Marketing Leader, AKA Customer Experience Marketing Associate, AKA Marketing Assistant to execute initiatives for the Imaging business
- Project Manage the planning & execution of NPI Launch events (New Product Introductions), Customer Clinical Education webinars, and Third Party Conference sponsorships
- Liaise with an extensive matrix organisation of internal stakeholders
- Liaise with relevant external creative agencies and vendors
- Create and/or update Marketing collateral and other creatives
- Report weekly progress to senior leader/s
- Navigate internal workflows /processes for honorarium, logistics, finance approvals, KOL communication, and other administrative tasks
- Perform additional tasks as required to support AKA level marketing activities to the relevant portfolios

**Requirements**:

- Any degree / diploma
- This is a 4 - 6 months' internship, and be able to commence in March/April
- An independent thinker, and demonstrates proactive behavior and takes initiative
- Experience using design software such as adobe acrobat
- Interested in learning and developing marketing, analytical, and creative skills
- Interested in learning how a regional business operates to assist in marketing programs that can be deployed across regional markets and industries.
- A personable team-player with the ability to work harmoniously with people from diverse cultures
- Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- High-energy and self-motivated with problem-solving skills
- Able to manage documents and shows attention to detail
- Maintains high level of ethics, quality, safety and environmental standards in all aspects of the business
- Intermediate MS Office skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- This role is based in Singapore
