岗位职责
- 负责制定整体用户增长的产品策略和规划，提升平台用户规模与活跃度
- 负责裂变拉新，用户转化（注册，入金，交易），平台活动等产品模块的规划和设计
- 通过深度的用户调研和数据分析，获得有关用户行为和需求的洞察，并根据不同用户群体的特点，制定相应的增长和转化策略
- 带领增长产品团队与项目管理，技术研发，风控等团队一起紧密配合，完成产品功能的高质量交付

岗位要求
- 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先，具备5年及以上增长产品或用户侧产品经验，金融和电商行业优先
- 具有优秀的产品设计能力和业务理解能力，能够通过数据或流程发现问题，并推动问题解决
- 逻辑思维能力强，能在跨团队合作中就关键问题建立有效沟通，并能推进落地
- 强烈的责任心和自驱力，较强的抗压能力，适应快节奏的工作
- 英语可以作为工作语言，能够适应英文工作环境；
- 具有5人以上产品团队领导经验

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for developing overall user growth product strategy and planning, increasing platform user base and engagement
- Responsible for planning and designing product modules such as viral user acquisition, user conversion (registration, deposits, trading), and platform activities
- Obtain insights into user behavior and needs through in-depth user research and data analysis, and develop growth and conversion strategies based on the characteristics of different user groups
- Lead the growth product team to work closely with project management, technical development, risk control, and other teams to deliver product features of high quality

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above, computer-related major preferred, with 5 years or more experience in growth product or user-facing product, preferably in the finance and e-commerce industries
- Excellent product design and business understanding, able to identify and solve problems through data or processes
- Strong logical thinking ability, able to establish effective communication on key issues in cross-team collaboration and drive implementation
- Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, strong ability to handle pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
- English can be used as a working language, able to work in an English-speaking environment;
- Experience leading a product team of 5 or more people
