Milk Tea Store Manager/Assistant Manager
Location: City Hall MRT

About the Role

We're looking for an energetic Store Manager to lead our bubble tea outlet. You'll be the driving force behind daily operations, team performance, and customer satisfaction at one of Singapore's trendiest tea brands.

Key Responsibilities


• Oversee daily store operations including scheduling, inventory control, cash management, and hygiene standards

• Ensure consistent product quality and food safety compliance

• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly

• Analyse sales data and implement strategies to achieve targets

• Train, motivate, and manage team members to deliver exceptional service

Requirements
✓ 2+ years experience in F&B industry (bubble tea/coffee shop preferred)
✓ 1+ years in supervisory/management role
✓ Proficiency in POS systems and Excel (for reporting/analysis)

  • 全面管理:负责店铺日常运营,包括排班、库存、收银、卫生及人员调配;
  • 品质把控:严格执行总部标准,确保产品出品质量与食品安全;
  • 顾客至上:处理客诉与突发情况,提升顾客满意度及复购率;
  • 业绩增长:分析经营数据,协助制定营销策略,达成销售目标;
  • 团队建设:培训并激励员工,营造积极高效的工作氛围。

任职要求

2年以上奶茶/餐饮行业经验,1年以上管理经验者优先;
熟悉茶饮制作流程、库存管理及收银系统操作;
熟练使用Excel等办公软件(日报表、基础数据分析)。
