**Roles & Responsibilities**
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the management and operation of the daily affairs of the store.
2. Handle customer relationships, collect game feedback, and improve guest game experience. Make short and medium-term plans for the store, make plans for content, personnel, and market, and implement them.
3. Responsible for script process organization, rules explanation, interactive performance, atmosphere creation, review and doubts, etc., and guide players to complete the script killing game.
4. Maintenance of new media information channels. Responsible for content editing and promotion including but not limited to various social platforms such as official account, Xiaohongshu, INS, FB, etc.
5. Responsible for sorting and analyzing self-media operation data, tracking and researching the dynamics of the same field, industry and competing products, and continuously optimizing the content.
6. Assist the store in other promotion and publicity business, improve the brand image and service quality.
7. Responsible for guiding customers to the store, responsible for cashiering and organizing customers to start games. When customers are waiting, they are responsible for receiving customers. When there are people in the front hall, they are not allowed to leave their posts unless there are special reasons. Responsible for store hygiene maintenance and timely arrangement of props.
job requirements:
Experience in store management and operation is preferred, and familiarity with the script killing process is the best
Provide good guidance for players to assume roles, have good communication skills and the ability to respond to problems.
Good personal image and temperament, strong expression ability and affinity.
Passionate about performing, with a strong sense of service and team spirit.
Have experience in new media, have good artistic aesthetics and innovation ability.
Simple video editing such as Douyin short video.
Enthusiasm for work, good teamwork, communication and coordination skills, serious and responsible work.

岗位职责：
1.协助管理和运营店铺日常事务。
2.处理客户关系，收集游戏反馈，改善客人游戏体验。为店铺做短中期规划，做好内容，人员，市场等方面计划，并落实。
3.负责剧本流程组织、规则讲解、互动表演、气氛营造、复盘解疑等，引导玩家完成剧本杀游戏。
4.新媒体信息渠道维护。负责包括但不限于各种社交平台如公众号、小红书、INS、FB等内容编辑推广。
5.负责整理、分析自媒体运营数据、跟踪和研究同领域、行业和竞品动态， 持续优化内容。
6.协助店铺的其他推广宣传业务，提升品牌形象和服务质量。
7.责顾客到店的引导工作，负责收银与组织顾客开始游戏，顾客等待时，负责接待客人，前厅有人时，非特殊原因不得离岗。负责店面的卫生保持及道具的及时规整。
任职要求：
有店铺管理运营经验优先,熟悉剧本杀流程最佳
