**Web3 Financial Product Manager**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design, market research, and positioning of Web3 financial products.
- Understand and analyze customer needs to create financial products that meet market demands.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure the feasibility of product designs and optimize user experience.
- Manage the product development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, feature planning, iterative development, and product launch.
- Oversee risk management, monitor product performance, conduct data analysis, and implement product iterations based on market feedback.
- Create and maintain product documentation, including whitepapers, user manuals, and marketing materials.

主要职责：

1.负责Web3金融产品设计、市场研究和产品定位。

2.理解并分析客户需求，设计符合市场需求的金融产品。

3.与技术团队紧密合作，确保产品设计的可行性和用户体验的优化。

4.管理产品开发周期，包括需求收集、功能规划、迭代开发和产品上线。

5.风控管理，监控产品性能，进行数据分析，根据市场反馈进行产品迭代。

6.负责产品文档的编写，包括产品白皮书、用户手册和市场推广材料。

**Basic Requirements**:

- Over 3 years of experience in financial product design or management; experience in Web3 or blockchain is preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and products, including but not limited to DeFi and crypto asset management products.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills，Fluent communication in Chinese.
- A keen interest in emerging technologies.

基本要求

1.3年以上金融产品设计或管理经验，有Web3或区块链相关经验者优先。

2.熟悉金融市场和金融产品，包括但不限于DeFi、加密货币资管产品等。

3.具备良好的沟通能力和解决问题的能力，华文可以流利沟通。

4.对新兴技术有强烈兴趣。
