Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the product planning, design, and iteration of the company's app, enhancing user experience and key business metrics;

2. Deeply understand user needs, analyze market trends, formulate product strategies, and drive implementation;

3. Design product features and interaction flows, write PRD documents, and collaborate closely with design, development, and testing teams to ensure high-quality delivery;

4. Continuously optimize products based on data analysis and user feedback to improve key metrics such as DAU, retention, and conversion rates;

5. Monitor industry trends, analyze competitors and user behavior, explore innovative product opportunities, and enhance market competitiveness;

6. Engage in cross-departmental communication and collaborate with operations, marketing, and technology teams to maximize product value.

岗位职责:

1. 负责公司 App 的产品规划、设计与迭代,提升用户体验及核心业务指标;

2. 深入理解用户需求,结合市场趋势,制定产品策略,并推动落地;

3. 设计产品功能、交互流程,撰写 PRD 文档,与设计、开发、测试团队紧密协作,确保高质量交付;

4. 结合数据分析、用户反馈,持续优化产品,提升 DAU、留存、转化等关键指标;

5. 关注行业动态,研究竞品及用户行为,探索创新产品机会,提升市场竞争力;

6. 参与跨部门沟通,与运营、市场、技术等团队协同,确保产品价值最大化。

Job Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience as an Internet product manager, with mandatory experience in ToC app products. Experience in 0 to 1 development or large-scale growth is preferred;

2. Strong product mindset with the ability to accurately identify user needs and translate them into effective product solutions;

3. Strong data analysis skills, proficient in using tools like SQL, Google Analytics (GA), and AppsFlyer;

4. Strong awareness of interaction design and user experience, with a keen eye for UI/UX details;

5. Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills, able to independently lead the design and development of complex product modules;

6. Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively coordinate with technology, operations, and marketing teams to drive product implementation;

7. Stay updated on industry trends, with a sharp market sense and the ability to quickly respond to market changes;

8. Experience in social, e-commerce, or content apps is preferred;

9. Experience in growth hacking and commercialization is a plus;

10. Experience in AI, AIGC (Artificial Intelligence Generated Content), and recommendation algorithms is preferred.

1. 5 年及以上互联网产品经理经验,必须具备 ToC 端 App 产品经验,有 从 0 到 1 或大规模增长经验 优先;

2. 具备优秀的产品思维,能精准挖掘用户需求,并转化为有效的产品方案;

3. 具备较强的数据分析能力,熟练使用数据工具(如 SQL、GA、AppsFlyer 等);

4. 具备良好的交互设计、用户体验意识,对 UI/UX 细节有追求;

5. 逻辑思维能力强,善于拆解问题,能够独立负责复杂产品模块的设计与推进;

6. 具备优秀的沟通协作能力,能够高效对接技术、运营、市场等团队,推动产品落地;

7. 关注行业发展,具备敏锐的市场嗅觉,能够快速响应市场变化;

8. 负责过 社交、电商、内容类 App 经验优先;

9. 具备 增长黑客、商业化变现 相关经验优先;

10. 具备 AI、AIGC、推荐算法 相关产品经验优先。
