Maintain customer relationships and enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of management experience in the beauty industry, with knowledge of beauty products and service processes. Strong sales skills and team management experience, with a strong sense of responsibility and execution. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to handle unexpected situations.
