Financial Risk Analyst

**工作职责**:
- 对接客户服务、业务、运营、审计等部门，对用户提供的交易订单异议进行核实、说明;
- 对接监控，分析监控掌握的风险用户和风险订单，并给出处置建议;
- 检查仓单，主动掌握平台仓位概况，分析汇总仓位构成，提供每日分析报告;
- 总结历史交易，主要分析:用户交易方式、用户交易流程、用户盈亏、可能存在的风险点，输出分析报告，并给出观察或处置建议;
- 维护感兴趣用户名单，持续跟踪报告重点感兴趣用户的交易和行为，并输出每日跟踪报告;
关注交易产品参数和品种的风险，并给出合理建议。**工作要求**:
- 本科及以上学历，金融、经济等经济管理专业优先;
- 从事股票、外汇、期货、数字货币行业3年以上，工作岗位为风控、交易、做市等;
- 丰富的交易金融经验，熟悉各类常规交易技术、交易机制和交易产品，能够独立分析交易心理和交易过程，还原用户的交易行为，对交易机制和交易产品的底层金融方面有一定的了解;
- 熟悉交易财务风险，熟悉各种风险类型和处置方法，具有较高的风险控制理论基础，对风险敏感并能及时处理;
- 具有较强的数理统计和分析能力，熟悉交易指标，能够从各种场景获取数据并进行分析总结;
- 热爱学习，有较强的探索精神，能独立发现和总结规律，适应工作中遇到的新挑战;
- 加分项:有一定的编程能力(sql, python)，能熟练使用PBI。
