We’re on the lookout for a passionate and hands-on **Service Captain**to join the team at **Nozomi**— a place where great Japanese food, thoughtful service, and teamwork come together to create memorable dining experiences.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**️**Guest Service & Supervision**:

- Know our food and drinks inside out — from how they’re made to what makes them special.
- Guide the service team and ensure every guest enjoys warm, attentive service.Jump in on the floor when needed — we lead by doing, not just by telling.

**️**Operations Support**:

- Work closely with the Outlet Manager to manage inventory and use resources wisely.
- Help improve our service SOPs and streamline day-to-day operations.
- Support efforts to grow our F&B revenue while keeping costs under control.
- Keep track of daily sales and provide insights into what’s working on the menu.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to share guest feedback and improve our offerings.
- Step in to help other outlets when needed — we’ve got each other’s backs
- Do a daily walkthrough to make sure the outlet is clean, tidy, and ready to go.Flag any equipment issues and ensure everything runs smoothly.

**Cleanliness & Safety**:

- Make sure hygiene and cleanliness standards are always met.
- Oversee food labeling and safe handling of all equipment and supplies.

- Take on any other duties your Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager may assign — we’re all in this together

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in a similar role (or ready to step up from Senior Waitstaff).
- Friendly, confident, and a team player who leads with positivity.
- Great communication skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in Japanese food and sake is a plus, but not a must — we’ll train you
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
