**Wealth Lending & Private Banking Credit Risk Management Apprentice 2025**
- Recent Polytechnic Graduates who join the Singapore Wealth, Retail and Business Banking (WRB) secured Wealth Lending & Private Banking Credit Risk Management Apprenticeship Programme will go through a 12-month learning and development journey.

**Key Responsibilities**
- You will have the opportunity to work with various parties of the bank including both Standard Chartered country and group products, sales, operation, collection, risk monitoring, modelling and governance to support business growth opportunities in Singapore.
- You will have the opportunity to work on bank’s new product/ strategic projects as we grow the Priority and Private client segments. This will cover end-to-end credit cycle review including underwriting, portfolio monitoring and risk monitoring.
- You will have the opportunity to work together with bank’s credit policy manager and analyst for the review of in-production credit policies and its revision.
- You will be able to learn how a Credit Risk underwriting is done, monitored and managed.
- You will be supporting the Private Bank and Wealth Lending Credit Risk team in reporting, strategic projects, efficiency enhancements, risk monitoring and governance.

**About the Apprenticeship Programme**
- During this learning journey, you will embark on two 6 months rotations. You will be exposed to different projects and tasks, alongside structured trainings, mentorship and on-the-job learning. Through the programme, you’ll experience an incredible and varied global learning experience, which include:

**Eligibility**
- We welcome graduates from all Polytechnic Diploma disciplines with less than 2 years of working experience.

- Self-starter, passionate, optimistic, innovative, goal-oriented, and team player.
