Job Title: Strategic Product Lead

Job Description

The Wealth Lending Product Manager will lead the development and management of wealth lending and premium financing products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for wealth lending and premium financing, from concept through to launch, promotion, training, and ongoing monitoring.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer engagement and retention through innovative wealth lending solutions.
  • Oversee the customer lending portfolio, ensuring robust monitoring and reporting mechanisms to prevent defaults and provide Management Information (MI) to management and key stakeholders.
  • Deliver world-class solutions to retail and affluent clients aimed at growing, protecting, preserving, and transferring their wealth.
  • Develop and manage products within a tight risk and control framework, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
  • Take overall responsibility for the distribution of wealth lending and premium financing products, with a strong focus on product strategy, platform oversight, and P&L ownership.
  • Work closely with various teams within WRB, including communication and advisory specialists, sales and distribution teams, and external product and service providers to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Requirements:
  • A deep understanding of the wealth lending market and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
