Product Management Leadership Opportunity

This role involves overseeing the development and management of financial products, contributing to customer engagement and retention, business reporting, and growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist in the end-to-end product lifecycle for FX, wealth lending, and premium financing, including product development, launch, promotion, training, and monitoring.
    • Support strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention through innovative solutions.
    • Help oversee the FX and customer lending portfolio, ensuring accurate monitoring and reporting to prevent defaults and provide Management Information (MI) to front-line staff.
    • Contribute to delivering world-class solutions to retail and affluent clients aimed at growing, protecting, preserving, and transferring their wealth.
    • Assist in developing and managing products within a tight risk and control framework, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Knowledge of financial markets and products.
    • Experience with project implementation and stakeholder engagement.
