**_Job Description Summary _**

We’re looking for a Senior Engineer with a **sharp and flexible mind**, **excellent technical skills**, and **strong leadership qualities**. You’ll drive both product innovation and technical project delivery across scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.

**_Key Job Accountabilities _**
- Lead end-to-end design, development, customization, and deployment of smart city modules.
- Oversee both front-end and back-end development using modern tech stacks.
- Guide and manage local and offshore development teams, including code reviews and technical mentoring.
- Collaborate with architects, BAs, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and security teams to deliver robust solutions.
- Provide short
- to mid-term support for overseas deployments as required.
May be deployed for short (less than a week) or mid-term (less than 3 months) overseas projects.

**_Required Tech Stack & Tools _**
- Web-based development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript with AngularJS & ReactJS
- Application & Middleware using NodeJS, Kafka, RabbitMQ, KeyCloak & APISIX
- Databased include basic knowledge of MSSQL, Posgres, MongoDB etc.DevOPS Tools like Git, BitBucket, JIRA, Confluence etc.

**_Required Qualifications & Experience _**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 4+ years in full-stack development; 2+ years as Technical Lead
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (Vietnamese/Arabic is a plus)
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to details.
