This requirement will join an established Singapore Company with strong business in the Airline / Aviation sector providing services and support for Commercial Airlines parked in Singapore.
The position will focus on HR operations functions and will be part of a small HR team based Paya Lebar.
**Position Responsibilities**:
- Will provide the day-to-day support in a broad-spectrum HR and administrative functions.
- Will support various positions in HR such as internship hiring and coordination, benefits processing, payroll administration, staff engagement, filing and documentation.
- Will also handle staff operational duties such as employee safety equipment purchase, distribution (eg: ART Kits, Personal Protective Equipment etc)
- Coordination of medical, drug-testing, TCE testing etc.
**Position Requirements**:
- Diploma in HR or Business discipline.
- 1 to 2 years experience in HR operations in Payroll, Onboarding, Recruitment, Work visa processing.
- Must be organised, detailed-oriented, can multi-task and manage deadlines and schedules.
- Interest to lead an HR field role and strong capacity knowledge in MS Office Applications.
