We are currently sourcing for few Facilities Technicians to support the repair and maintenance of our premises or commercial buildings.

Below are the job responsibilities of a Facilities Technician:
**Operations Duties**
- Carry out preventive maintenance programme, routine inspection of mechanical and electrical installations.
- Carry out ad-hoc improvement work on mechanical and electrical installation.
- Attend to tenant’s feedbacks and carry out investigation and perform repair and maintenance work where necessary.
- Engage, check and supervise the third party's repair and maintenance works.

**Administrative**
- Record and monitor building operating conditions and utilities meters consumption
- Documentation of breakdown and repair works
- Monitor spare part inventory and usage

**Job Requirements**
- NITEC/Certificate level in relevant fields
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
- Able to perform shift work and to adapt to changing work schedules
- Good understanding and knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering
- Good interpersonal skills and team worker
- With or without working experience is welcome.
