We are seeking for passionate individual to join us as a Facilities Technician.

**Reporting: Assistant House Mistress Role description**:
We are looking for an **experienced Technician **to manage the maintenance of this residential campus for students. You will perform, manage and coordinate all the campus facilities repairs and maintenance work as required.

**What will you do**:

- Responsible for the maintenance of building facilities services including electrical, mechanical and facilities equipment
- Responsible for minor work repair and rectification to building and equipment, building A&A and defect rectification works
- Responsible in conducting or facilitating audit and site inspection
- Responsible in conducting regular preventive maintenance program to building equipment and services
- You will supervise and review subcontractor for equipment maintenance and rectification
- Responsible in liaising with campus management and contractors on all maintenance program to ensure mínimal disruption to campus activities and programs
- Source and recommend competitive vendors/suppliers to management to conduct facility maintenance/repair work

**Requirements**:

- Higher NITEC (or equivalent) in relevant Facilities Management or Electrical Engineering discipline, with minimum 3 years relevant experience; or
- Minimum SEC (Skill Evaluation Certification) of relevant Facilities Management or Electrical Engineering discipline accredited by BCA, with minimum 5 years relevant experience; or
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Willing to do “hands on” repair and maintenance work as required on campus
- Comfortable and able to work in school hostel setting and environment
- Self-motivated to complete repairs and ad hoc requests
- Able to commit to 5.5 days work week occasionally
- Able to be mobilized after office hours in case of emergency in campus
