**Role : Engineering Facilities Supervisor**
**(known as Facility Engineering Specialist internally)**

**Responsibilities**:

- To maintain the following equipment/s along with team of technicians
- Chilled water system maintenance and improvement and enhancement.
- This include chillers, cooling tower, chilled water pump & condensing pump, AHU upgrading etc.
- To maintain the Compressed air system maintenance and improvement and enhancement.
- Including the compressors, air receiver tank, dryers, and cooling tower etc.
- Plant ventilation system maintenance and improvement.
- Plant air con include condensing unit maintenance and improvement.
- Other duties include
- Ensuring building defects rectification and work with QP for any structural work.
- Following up on inhouse and outsource project execution and coordination.
- Work closely with planner to establish or improve the maintenance plan for ACMV system.
- Involve in ISO audit findings rectification.
**Skillsets/Qualifications Needed**
- Diploma in Facilities management or equivalent
- Strong technical knowledge and hands on skills in
- an Aircon, chiller, AHU, compressor, boiler, fire protection system etc.
- Able to lead team and balance the vendor/company relationship to ensure success for all
- For Senior Facilities or Facilities Technician role, willing on work on 12 hours rotating shift (attractive shift allowances) and carry out overtime as and when assigned
